Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it with our fulfilment partner. Most orders are processed within 2–5 working days before dispatch.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, supplier delays, public holidays, or high-demand seasons.

Shipping and Delivery

DOGGYZEL works with trusted fulfilment partners, including CJdropshipping, to source, prepare and ship products directly to customers.

Estimated delivery times are usually:

UK orders: 7–20 working days after dispatch
International orders: 10–30 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier availability

Some products may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to customs checks, courier delays, supplier processing times, or seasonal demand.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40.

For orders below £40, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped separately and may arrive in different parcels. This is because items may come from different fulfilment locations or suppliers.

You will receive tracking information where available for each dispatched parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email where available.

Please allow a few days for the tracking link to update after dispatch, as courier tracking systems may take time to display movement.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • high seasonal demand

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

DOGGYZEL is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For UK customers, customs charges are not usually expected on standard UK deliveries, but this may depend on the product, supplier location, shipping method, and current customs rules.

For international customers, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
